I filled out an application but never received a confirmation email saying my account was created.

You team leader needs to approve your application before you are issued a username and can set a password. Each church or organization is different, but they usually tend to that every day or two. Once they approve an application, you will be sent an automatic email from support@misisonminder.com with instructions how to set your password and login.

If it has been more than a few days since you submitted your application, please check directly with your team leader.
