Donors are getting an error when they try to donate. We have wepay set up with our bank and everything has been verified. What might be the issue?

Most likely, the number of days between when you activated online fundraising then took steps to verify your WePay account has exceeded the security limitations established by WePay.  We will need to send you a special link to reset your WePay / MissionMinder access token to get everything working properly. It's a simple procedure. Please send us a message using the help button on the left hand side of any MissionMinder screen.
