Can I send instant text messages to my team, and can they respond?
This is a one-way message that will be sent to all team members and guests who have entered a mobile phone number and opted to recieve text messages from their team leader (they can edit these settings on the "profile" page).
If a Team Member tries to send a reply text, they will get an automated message that says it was a one-way only text message sent through their team MissionMinder account, and to contact their Team Leader directly if they need to communicate with them.
