I am trying to go to WePay to withdraw funds, but nothing is happening.

Moments after you received your first gift, you should have received an email from WePay (support@wepay.com) prompting you to "Complete Your WePay Account Setup."

As part of that process, you will create a password to access your WePay account, verify your identify, and set-up funds withdrawal options.

If you are trying to go to WePay and nothing is happening, there is a chance that you didn't notice the email, or it got spammed.

Please double check your email (or spam folder) for a message from support@wepay.com.  Or you can go to WePay.com, click login, enter your email, then click "forgot my password" to initiate a password reset.  Check your inbox (and spam folder) for a password reset message form support@wepay.com, then follow the steps.  

This should get you back to square one and ready to go through the standard WePay account setup once you login to WePay.
