I can't login or forgot my username and password. How do I reset my password?

On the login page, where you enter your email and password, there is a blue text link that says "Forgot /Reset Password." Click this, and it will walk you through the steps of resetting your password. As part of the process, MissionMinder will send you an email with a link you need to click to complete the reset.

(It can take a few minutes for this email to show up in your inbox. If it doesn't show up within 5 minutes. please check your spam folder.)

Note: To login and/or reset, you will need to use the email address you used to originally create your MissionMinder account.

Also, please be aware that many web browsers (Safari, Internet Explorer, etc) will automatically save and fill your username and password, and can keep overwriting your new password with your old. To be safe, delete saved MissionMinder usernames and passwords from your browser settings when conducting a reset or when having login issues.
