There are no tools inside MissionMinder to rotate or crop profile pictures. So, the simplest solution is to copy your picture to your computer desktop, open it with with your default image view/edit tool, rotate it to the proper orientation, then save it back to your desktop. Now, upload the new desktop image file to your MissionMinder profile page.
