What if a team member has already started raising funds, but decides to not go on the mission trip?

Once an online donation is made and the gift deposited into your WePay account, neither MissionMinder nor WePay can facilitate the return of funds to the originating donor(s). Each church or organization has its own policy, but most do not return unused funds to donors but rather apply them to the project or missions budget. If you want to return funds, you will have to withdraw funds (minus processing fees) from WePay and manually transfer them back to the donor.
