How can I take a donation from outside the US

The payment form (second page) is not dependent on what is entered in that first MissionMinder information page. It is used for reporting within the MissionMinder app only, due to WePay not providing address information to MissionMinder. As long as there is some information on that first page, you will be able to get to the payment page and donate.
Enter all information into the "Address" line, and then fill out the remaining fields, ignoring the "State" field. See example below: 
Address: 123 Private Bag 92022, Auckland 1142, New Zealand
City: Auckland
State: Alabama
Zip: 1142
Once you have entered something they can get to the next page with the payment information, and then change their country to the correct one.
